Welcome to The Anchor Gospel Ministry

The Anchor Gospel Ministry (AGM), is a Bible teaching ministry founded by Nathan A. Hughes, with a clear vision to reach people worldwide. The ministry exists to ground and anchor Christians in the teachings of the Bible and to reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To that end, we serve the Church by producing resources that are educational, biblical, and informative. These include articles, Bible studies, books, podcasts, devotional materials, and video teaching, as well as providing clear and faithful answers to questions concerning the Bible and Christianity. Our aim is to help Christians understand what they believe, why they believe it, how to live it, and how to share it with others.

About Me

Nathan Andrew Hughes (born 29 March 1994, Wrexham, United Kingdom) is a British author and preacher known for his contributions to conservative Christian literature. He is a top 50 bestselling author on Amzon. Raised in Wrexham, he was non-religious until his teens. After attending an Anglican church in 2008, he later encountered Baptist teaching in 2012 that led him to a biblical understanding of salvation by faith in Jesus Christ alone. He committed his life to Christ on 20 September 2012 and was baptised on 25 November 2012 at Bethel Baptist Chapel, Llay. In March 2023, Nathan married his wife, Abena. He is a member of Wrexham Gospel Hall, where he was received into fellowship in October 2023 and preached his first sermon in December 2023. He lives in North Wales with his wife and enjoys reading, book collecting, sport, classical music, history, travel, horticulture, and regular visits to Scotland.
