Introverted, Intuitive, thinking and judging
INTJ
values achievement and knowledge. They can be judgmental towards those who are
overly emotional and see these people as weaker thinkers. One attribute of
II.
Understanding people – They are not bad at reading people. They struggle to
respond to social situations. They only react to things that interest them.
They find small talk hard and talking about feelings.
III. Don’t
have feelings – INTJs have a hard time expressing feelings. They do express
themselves but in different ways.
IV. Very
organised – In fact, INTJs are relaxed people. They just recall important dates
and things better than others do. They get things done and meet deadlines.
V.
Stubborn – They will admit they are wrong but only if it can be proven. Their
ego is no bigger than anyone else. They are good at problem-solving.
II.
Romance – INTJs search for like-minded people and approach romantic
relationships much like a job interview. They will not invest much into a
partner until they can see serious potential. Social connections do not come
naturally to INTJs.
III.
Non-conformity – They will not respect a position of power or authority just
for the sake of it. INTJs view respect as earned and not handed freely. They
are independent thinkers and often feel out of place. They find it hard to
relate to others. INTJs can be direct and will not sugarcoat the delivery of
the truth as they see it. This means they will easily offend people. They also
have a very dark sense of humour. INTJs will often bury themselves in work and
plan for the future.
II. Rules
– Rules must be based on logical reasons, “because I said so” is not good
enough. Details in all things matter to the INTJ.
III.
Dislike interruption – When an INTJ is interpreted they will think that what
they have to say is not important or the other person is just not listening.
IV. On the
spot – Give and pencil and paper to an INTJ and they will be able to express
ideas and thoughts very well. Give them the floor and the spot and they will
fall apart.
V. Private
– INTJs are private people. They do not like too many questions and will only
give information that is important or necessary. Asking personal questions to
INTJs is not an easy topic.
